Sosmix has been around for many years and a bit of a secret. It is an easy way to create perfect vegan sausages that hold their shape and taste great. Its existence has been a bit of secret known only to those who've made use of veggie stores over the years. Recently that has changed with a few well know fans spilling the (soya) beans. It is sometimes difficult to get hold of, so I've come up with a recipe or ifyou want to flavour it with your own individual style: you just need the basics and a bit of the methylcellulose.
